About Me

Nephteria Samuels, The Executive Director and Co-Founder of Caring Heart Home Health and Group Home Services worked in the medical field over 21 years in various positions such as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, Medication Technician, Day Support Worker at an Adult Day Care Facility and Managed a Group Home. Nephteria Samuels also managed an Independent Living House with quite a few Individuals. The reason Nephteria Samuels started Caring Heart Home Health and Group Home Services is to be a blessing to Individual with Developmental Disabilies.
