This ensures timely intervention and coordinated care. All employees of CHGS must report any and all change of conditions of client's being serviced by CHGS to their immediate supervisor.
Safety and Infection Control: Ensuring a safe living environment, assisting with fall prevention, and adhering to infection control protocols are essential responsibilities of all employees employed by CHGS. failure to comply will result in immediate termination after a thorough investigation has been submitted to CEO.
